Whistleblowing Hotline (External)

Based on the Corporate Governance Code, our Group has established an External Whistleblowing Hotline in addition to our internal whistleblowing system in order to ensure thorough corporate ethics and compliance. This hotline is a mechanism that ensures independence, impartiality, and anonymity by outsourcing to a third-party organization (law firm).

Scope of Reports and Consultations

・Legal violations, misconduct, and compliance breaches
・Fraud related to accounting or transactions, and suspected bribery
・Other acts that violate corporate ethics *Personal troubles and groundless defamation are outside the scope.


Protection of Whistleblowers

・Disadvantageous treatment such as dismissal, demotion, salary reduction, or harassment on the grounds of reporting is prohibited.
・Personally identifiable information will not be provided to the Company without the consent of the whistleblower.

The reporting flow is as follows. In addition, we respond in accordance with relevant laws and our company regulations to ensure that no disadvantageous treatment is received.

Handling of Personal Information

Report contents and whistleblower information will not be used for any purpose other than investigation and corrective measures, and will not be disclosed to a third party without the consent of the individual (except for disclosure requests based on laws and regulations).
