2. Dividends

The company conducted a 1-for-10 stock split of common shares with an effective date of 1st April, 2017.
The dividends is based on the number of shares prior to the stck split.

The Company regards profit distribution to shareholders as one of its most important management issues. The basic policy of the Company is to pay dividends in line with its consolidated business results with a dividend payout ratio of around 30% as the target.
Thanks to the support of our shareholders, we increased the dividend per share to 184 yen for the current fiscal year (ending March 31, 2017), the 14th consecutive year of increase.
We will continue our efforts to distribute profits to our shareholders while achieving a balance between investing in sustainable growth and strengthening our financial position.
