Domestic Business

The Domestic Business serves as a comprehensive solution provider in employee benefits, helping corporations to ensure the efficient operation of employee benefit programs by operating a broad range of outsourcing services in housing, such as dormitories and company housing, and in leisure and lifestyle improvement, such as recreation facilities.

In the housing area, we offer a comprehensive range of services to meet diverse corporate housing needs by providing outsourcing services for leased company housing management, Relo Net, a relocation support service that includes property searches, and other services. We also offer leasing property management and brokerage services in areas where company leasing needs are strong. Meanwhile, in the leisure and life improvement area, we operate Relo Club, a fringe benefit program outsourcing service that provides company employees with a range of fringe benefit content and reduces the administrative and cost burdens on companies, in addition to Club Off Alliance, which provides loyalty programs for the membership organizations of alliance partners. In addition, as part of our service lineup, we provide comprehensive support for our members by operating hotels and residential emergency assistance services.
